The Genesis of Nonprofit Dreamin

Nonprofit Dreamin’s roots trace back to the challenges posed by the global pandemic. As Salesforce enthusiasts, we were all disappointed when our beloved “Dreamin” events were canceled due to these unprecedented circumstances. It was during a casual Salesforce Nonprofit Coffee Chat, hosted by the fantastic Lizzy Roberts, that the idea began to take shape. We found ourselves lamenting the cancellation of our favorite events and wishing for something more tailored to the needs of nonprofits and their supporters.

In the midst of this conversation, a voice from halfway around the world chimed in with a powerful message. Akash Mishra, filled with enthusiasm and determination, said, “Melissa, let’s do it!” And with that, the journey to create Nonprofit Dreamin began.

Nonprofit Dreamin 2023: What to Expect

At Nonprofit Dreamin 2023, you can expect a transformative experience that brings together like-minded individuals committed to making a difference. And we are thrilled to bring all of this to you in person for the first time. Here’s what you can look forward to:

1. Learning Opportunities: Immerse yourself in a wealth of knowledge, with insightful sessions and workshops tailored to the specific needs of nonprofits. Whether you’re a seasoned Salesforce expert or just starting, there’s something for everyone. Thanks to our Dream Sponsor, Provisio Partners, we have a wonderful space only a block from the Salesforce tower; there are two smaller, glass enclosed presentation rooms and a large presentation room, literally looking out over the river.

2. Networking Possibilities: Forge meaningful connections with fellow changemakers, volunteers, and experts within the Salesforce ecosystem. Build relationships that will support your nonprofit journey long after the event concludes. The space is uniquely configured to encourage conversations and collaboration.
